At Loving Hearts Agency LLC, your child will be cared for with LOVE by our Baby Nurses and Nannies

Baby Nurse/Newborn Specialist is hired to care for your baby if you decide that you need some temporary help. A Baby Nurse will assist in all newborn needs that take place during the day or night. They will feed, burp, diaper, rock, sing, administer medicine (upon parent’s approval), etc. A Baby Nurse may work as little as a (2) week or may work until your new baby/babies are on a regular sleeping schedule. Loving Hearts Baby Nurses are experienced in newborn care and have many years of experience with multiples and/or preemies.

A Nanny is hired to care for your infant during the day after your baby nurse leaves. She will come in and take care of all your little ones needs She will typically work an 8-10 hour shift. With light housekeeping.. Your child needs are her number one piority.

Our candidates are at the height of their industry, with impeccable references and possess all of the skills needed to excel at their job.

This is what is expected of Loving Hearts Agency and will provide upon request

A minimum of 4 years professional childcare experience

A minimum of 6 years professional infant experience for infant care

Ability to effectively communicate in English

Furnish a resume with verifiable references

Legal entitlement to work in the U.S.

Consent to a Background Investigation

Drug Screening upon Employer's request

Willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement upon Employer's requ
